Welcome to TGPay. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or digital financial services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.

Use of Services

TGPay provides digital payment and financial services through its online platform. Users agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and RBI guidelines.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities carried out using their account. Any unauthorized use or suspicious activity should be reported to TGPay immediately.

Payments

Payments can be made securely using supported payment methods such as UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, or other payment options available on the platform. All transactions are subject to successful authorization and verification.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund requests will be processed only for eligible transactions in accordance with our internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, depending on the respective bank or payment provider.

Users are advised to review all transaction details carefully before making any payment. Successful transactions cannot be cancelled once they have been processed unless required by law or specifically approved by TGPay.

Any dispute, refund, or transaction-related concern should be reported within 30 days from the date of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not use TGPay for any fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or unauthorized activities. Any attempt to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, or compromise the security of our services may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, TGPay does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, banking network downtime, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
