Refund Policy

1. Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method or bank account used for the transaction. The refund process generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on the respective bank or payment service provider.

2. TGPay processes refunds only through online banking channels. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances to any individual, merchant, or organization.

3. In cases where a payment is under review or held by our payment gateway or banking partner, the refund or settlement will be processed in accordance with the applicable RBI regulations and the payment gateway's policies.

4. By completing a transaction on the TGPay platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and all applicable service guidelines.
